Following a high-profile merger with in 2020, we became their top recruitment vendor and facilitated over 60 key hires between 2020–2023 across Origination, Project Finance, Development, EPC, Asset Management, and Operations. These hires were instrumental in transforming the business into one of the largest independent power producers (IPPs) in North America.
