From 2018 to 2022, we were selected as a top recruitment partner, supporting our client's Sales and Production business units during a period of rapid operational growth in North America.

While expanding beyond manufacturing into wind project development, we played a key role in building this internal developer from the ground up. Our placements were critical in functions such as Development and M&A, forming the backbone of the team. Many of the professionals we placed during this early phase remain with the organization and now occupy leadership roles.
