Grace Jackson

Grace Jackson is a Recruitment Manager at root/edge, specialized in identifying and building relationships with top talent in the renewable energy sector. With a focus on grid-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage, Grace partners with clients to identify talent across project management, development, engineering, finance, real estate, legal, and other core functions across the project life cycle. Prior to joining root/edge, Grace spent two and a half years with a leading renewables staffing firm, as one of the top-performing 180 recruiters in the business. There, she honed her expertise in clean energy recruitment. Grace holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from Baylor University and brings a passion for sustainability and strategic hiring to every client engagement.
