Sales Manager – E-Mobility & Infrastructure
Location: United States (Hybrid in LA preferred)
Industry: EV Charging Infrastructure, Green Mobility, Energy Transition

A leading international player in the green mobility and infrastructure space is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across its U.S. operations. This organization is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving e-mobility market, delivering large-scale solutions to support the transition toward electrified transportation and sustainable energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the EV charging and fleet electrification space.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders including charge point operators (CPOs), fleets, utilities, and infrastructure developers.

  • Lead commercial negotiations, present proposals, and close deals for high-value e-mobility projects.

  • Respond to RFI/RFP processes for utility-scale EV charging deployments, managing the process from qualification through contract award.

  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, operations, and engineering to align customer needs with technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or commercial role within e-mobility, EV charging, clean transportation, or energy infrastructure.

  • Strong track record of B2B sales success, preferably in hardware, solutions, or services for EV infrastructure or clean energy technologies.

  • Deep understanding of customer procurement processes and key stakeholders in the CPO and fleet segments.

  • Familiarity with utility operations, renewable energy systems, or grid-interactive infrastructure is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in high-stakes commercial negotiations.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
