Prior to launching root/edge, Mindy spent eight years at a global recruitment agency where she built and led one of the firm’s top-performing teams, managed legacy client relationships worth millions in lifetime value, and launched and hosted its first podcast. Her experience spans both client services and delivery, giving her a 360-degree view of what it takes to match the right people with the right opportunities.

Known for her deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and authentic relationship-building, Mindy is passionate about elevating diverse voices in clean energy and creating lasting impact for both clients and candidates.
