The US power grid is in the middle of its biggest infrastructure build-out in a generation. Transmission capacity is the bottleneck. The companies that can deliver — on time, on budget, at scale — are going to define the next decade of energy infrastructure in North America.

A leading transmission line solutions provider is entering the US and Canadian Market. They bring a deep project track record, global engineering depth, and the capital to compete seriously in the North American market. What they need now is someone to lead the build-out: own program delivery, establish the local team, and execute the lighthouse projects that prove their model works on this side of the Atlantic.

That's this role.

What You'll Own

• Full accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance across multiple concurrent transmission line projects (EPC) in the US and Canada
• Build the local project delivery and engineering team from the ground up
• Own relationships with TSOs, IOUs, and large energy users — and grow the business through technical and delivery credibility
• Design and implement the program management system for the North American operation
• Serve as the bridge between local execution and global HQ on design, technology, and standards

Who You Are

You're a Program Director or Senior Project Director from an EPC or Utility/IPP background — preferably in power transmission — with a genuine track record of end-to-end delivery. You've managed multiple concurrent projects, built teams under pressure, and know what it takes to get a complex infrastructure project to financial close and commercial operation.

Experience working with US utilities (TSO/IOU) is strongly preferred. So is the ability to represent the company credibly in front of clients, regulators, and counterparties.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to optimize a running machine. This is a market entry. You're building the foundation.
