I founded root/edge to bring real focus and depth to executive search in Clean Energy and Infrastructure. Over the past 20+ years,15 of which I’ve spent working specifically in energy, power, and infrastructure. I’ve led recruitment teams at two global firms and one U.S. search company. I believe in a practical, people-first approach to leadership, and I partner with businesses that are actively building the future through the energy transition and digital transformation. 

My background includes experience in professional sports and a degree in International Business and Politics, which has taught me the importance of resilience, teamwork, and staying sharp under pressure.
