Senior or Partner Attorney – Energy & Renewables

Are you an experienced energy attorney ready to make an impact without big-law burnout? Our female-led, values-driven firm is bridging traditional energy and next-generation renewables. We’re growing our Energy & Renewables practice and seeking a Senior or Partner Attorney to lead acquisition-focused work across solar, battery storage, geothermal, and land repurposing projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead legal work for solar (40%), BESS (40%), and other energy projects (20%).

• Review title commitments, surveys, and land agreements to secure sites.

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for acquisitions and development.

• Advise clients directly—no layers of bureaucracy—on renewables and traditional energy matters.

• Help energy clients transition from traditional markets to renewables.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in energy transactions (traditional or renewables).

• Solar project expertise from in-house (developer/provider) or a large law firm.

• Strong background in title insurance, land, and surveying.

• Licensed in CO or TX.

• Commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and desire to collaborate.
