Location: Bath, NY & surrounding areas

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with a background in general contracting or self-performing construction, including water/wastewater projects, excavation, and concrete. This role oversees on-site operations, manages subcontractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Qualifications:

• 5-7 years as a Project Superintendent on $10M–$60M projects

• Water/wastewater experience required

• Experience with excavation, concrete, and process piping

• Skilled in construction software (Procore, Viewpoint, P6) and Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, schedule management, and safety focus

• Willingness to travel within NY and Southern PA

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations and coordinate all project efforts

• Maintain schedules, oversee subcontractors, and perform QC inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and log project reports
