Service Project Manager – Renewable Natural Gas (RNG)

We are conducting a search for a Service Project Manager to support a global leader in bioenergy and renewable natural gas (RNG) systems. This role sits at the intersection of technical operations, customer asset performance, and commercial project execution, supporting industrial RNG facilities across North America and internationally.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of complex industrial systems, working closely with engineering, field service teams, and customers to ensure reliable plant performance and long-term service success.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading service projects including equipment upgrades, warranty work, and field service initiatives
• Acting as the primary post-startup customer contact, ensuring reliable system performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and margin performance
• Coordinating field teams, engineering support, and subcontractors to execute service work safely and efficiently
• Supporting long-term asset performance and recurring service programs for RNG upgrading systems
• Monitoring plant KPIs and helping optimize system performance and reliability

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in renewable natural gas (RNG), biogas upgrading, or industrial process systems
• Strong background in project management, field service coordination, or technical operations
• Mechanical and controls familiarity with process equipment
• Process engineering literacy and ability to troubleshoot industrial systems
• Strong communication skills in customer-facing environments

Location: United States (remote with travel)
Travel: ~10–20% across North America and occasionally Europe
