Regional Sales Manager – California (Remote)

A rapidly growing environmental solutions and specialty chemicals company is hiring a Regional Manager to lead business development and customer success across California.

This role will focus on selling and supporting industrial chemical treatment programs, with a strong emphasis on wastewater treatment systems serving municipal and industrial customers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a California-based sales territory
• Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor
• Identify and execute complex wastewater treatment opportunities
• Implement and support chemical treatment programs across multiple industries
• Collaborate with leadership to drive regional expansion

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of wastewater treatment or industrial water treatment experience
• Strong technical sales background and customer account management
• Experience working with industries such as food processing, manufacturing, mining, or municipalities
• Ability to travel 50–70% within California
