What this role is actually about

We're hiring an experienced search consultant who loves the craft of headhunting.

Not the kind of recruiting where you post a job and wait. The kind where you map a market from scratch, identify the people nobody else is talking to, and build a relationship before they know they're ready to move.

You'll run multiple technical searches simultaneously across power, clean energy, and infrastructure. Origination. Project finance. Engineering. Commercial leadership. You'll drive direct outreach, move fast, and deliver.

You'll work alongside experienced operators who know this market. You won't be handed a playbook and left alone. We're a team, and that's not just something we say.

Who we're looking for

You've done this before. You've run searches where the talent wasn't obvious or available, and you found them anyway. You know how to build rapport quickly, hold a pipeline without losing the thread, and stay curious about the industries you recruit in.

You don't need an energy background specifically. But you need to want to learn this market deeply. It rewards people who understand what their clients actually do.

You take pride in the quality of your work. You ask good questions. You communicate clearly. You show up for your team.
